How to Keep Track of Updated Downloads

Keeping your downloads up-to-date ensures you always enjoy the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes from creators. Flightsim.to offers a few easy ways to track updates for your downloaded content.

As you download mods and add-ons from Flightsim.to, we automatically track them in your account. You can view your full download history on the 👉 My Downloads page, accessible by clicking your username in the top-right corner of the site. This page lists all the files you've downloaded while logged in. If a newer version is available, the file will be marked with an “Update available” tag.

You can use the navigation tabs on the My Downloads page to filter between up-to-date content and content that needs to be updated. To download the latest version, simply click on the file name to visit its product page. If you prefer not to update, you can choose to skip it or remove the item from your history entirely.

Follow Your Favorite Add-Ons to Receive Notifications

On any add-on page, click the ⭐ Subscribe button to subscribe to the add-on updates. You will receive notifications on your Flightsim.to profile when the creator updates the file. Notifications currently appear only on the website. We do not send email alerts for freeware updates at this time.

🧹 Housekeeping Tips

  • Remove or back up outdated versions to keep your simulator tidy.

  • Always read the changelog before updating to understand what's new or changed. The most recent changelog is always displayed below the add-on description. On the right sidebar of each individual addon page, you will also find its enire changelog history.
