Contacting Product Developers for Support

Our store includes a variety of products from different developers. While we take care of payment processing and delivery, we cannot provide support services for issues directly related to the product itself. Therefore, if you have a problem with a product itself, you should contact the developer of the product for support. All developers will offer you support regarding their products. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get support.
Support
Simply open the product page of the product on Flightsim.to. If you have already purchased the product, you will find their Customer Support Contact right below the Download button. Click on the “Activation & Support” button to display product activation information and contact information of the product publisher.

When contacting the product developer, please make sure to include a detailed description of the problem or issue you are facing. Always include your Flightsim.to username and your Flightsim.to Order Reference Number. You can find this information on the invoice, on your Store Purchases page and in the email confirmation after each purchase.
