Troubleshooting Download Issues

If you’re having trouble downloading files from Flightsim.to — such as slow speeds, interrupted downloads, or files not starting — please follow these troubleshooting steps before contacting support.

1. Reset Your Network Connection

Restart your router or modem. If you’re using Wi-Fi, try connecting via a wired (Ethernet) connection for a more stable download. Temporarily disable any firewalls or antivirus programs that may block downloads.

2. Try a Different Browser

Some browsers handle downloads differently. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. Avoid using built-in download managers or accelerators in browsers that modify connection handling.

3. Disable Browser Extensions and Download Managers

Certain browser add-ons or third-party download managers can interfere with our CDN connections. Try downloading with all extensions turned off (e.g., in Incognito/Private Mode). Avoid using external download accelerators — they can cause incomplete or corrupted downloads.

4. Check VPN or Proxy Settings

If you’re using a VPN: try turning it off — some VPN servers block or throttle access to our CDN. If you’re not using a VPN: try connecting through one — it may help if your ISP is having routing issues.

Note: Users located in Russia may experience issues because our CDN provider’s servers are blocked there. Using a reliable VPN connection to another region may help in these cases.

5. Generate a Diagnostic Report

If downloads are still failing after the above steps, please help us investigate:

  1. Visit https://tools.bunny.net/diagnostic-report

  2. Run the test and click on the “Copy Report URL” button

  3. Find your public IP address at https://whatismyipaddress.com.

  4. Provide us with your Report URL and IP address, as well as a detailed description of the issue you are encountering.

This information helps our support team quickly identify connection or CDN-related problems.
