Locating Your Order Number, Product Key or Serial Number

Most products sold on Flightsim.to come without an activation code. You simply need to install them like any other freeware add-on or mod by dragging and dropping them into your Microsoft Flight Simulator Community folder. However, certain products such as applications may require an activation code.

#1: Your Order Confirmation

The first place to check for your activation code is in the Order Confirmation and on the Invoice that was sent to your purchase email address. These documents contain all of the important information related to your purchase, including your Order Reference Number and activation code. Be sure to check your email inbox for these documents.

#2: Your Receipt

Once you have completed a purchase, we will send you the invoice to the email address given in the checkout process. Please remember to keep a copy of your invoice.

#3: The Product Page on Flightsim.to

Another place to find your activation code is on the Product Page on Flightsim.to. Make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to purchase the product. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Product Page and look for the Download button. Underneath the Download button, you should see a button labeled “Activation & Support” which states your activation code, if required to use the product.

#4: For Aerosoft Products: Your Aerosoft One Account

If you have made a purchase for an Aerosoft product, you can also find your activation code in your Aerosoft One account. Simply open your library and locate the product you are looking for. Underneath the product, you should see your activation code listed. In certain cases the activation code displayed in Aerosoft One may differ from the one on Flightsim.to - however, the Aerosoft One activation code is the valid one and should be considered as up-to-date.
